(1coil/100m≒328ft)

1. Scope

This specification applies to the power cable (CE-STO/TC) using heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride for insulation and oil-resistant and heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride for sheath.

2. Type, conductor size and applicable standard

Type and conductor size and applicable standard are table 1.

CE-STO/TC Table01

3. Materials, construction and manufacturing methods

3.1 Conductor
The conductors shall be stranded wires composed of annealed copper wires specified in JIS C 3102.

3.2 Insulation
The conductors shall be covered concentrically with heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride of the thickness indicated in table 2.

3.3 Identification of cores
The insulation is colored black and printed in Arabic numerals by white ink.
G/Y : Yellow stripes on the green insulation.
(by the circumference, the covered ratio of Green and Yellow is 60 to 40)
CE-352(BE)-TSL_numbering
3.4 Assembly of cores
The requisite number of cores shall be stranded by left-hand stranding (S-lay).
The fillers are inserted to the gap of the core, to make it a circular form, if necessary (figure 1).

3.5 Sheath
The assembled cores shall be covered concentrically with oil-resistant and heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride (colored light gray), of the thickness indicated in table 2, as in the shape of a concentric circle.
